FORT RICHARDSON, Alaska — A C-17 Globemaster III makes a low approach to the Nelson drop zone and it conducts air drop exercises. The C-17 belongs to the 517th Airlift Squadron, Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. (RELEASED)
