Ryanair Boeing 737-8AS arriving into Edinburgh
Ryanair is back in the news again for another crazy stunt. I hate feeling I am helping their greater plan of getting free publicity, but I am always in awe with what comes up next.
This time Ryanair is looking to cater to those who smoke. But do not worry. If you do not like the cigarette smoke, you are in luck! Ryanair will start to offer smokeless cigarettes, which are not lit and have no smoke. They will sell packs of 10 cigarettes for about $8.75 for all passengers over 18.
So is this a good idea? It allows those who are stressed from flights to have some of that relieved and doesn’t negatively affect those around them. But should an airline support an unhealthy addiction?

I don’t know what to think about this. I’m not for smoking and can’t stand cigarette smoke, but I enjoy a cigar once a year. I am thinking that this would cause problems for Ryanair in the long run. Maybe people that will blame them for cigarette addiction or even cancer? It’s weird.
Ryanair is a press release machine!!! Ever since smoking has been banned on planes, those who need a hit have been perfectly capable of buying these things and bringing them along.
I wonder if the execs at Ryanair were inspired by Don Ready from the movie “The Goods”.

While Electronic cigarettes look, feel and taste much like traditional cigarettes, they function differently. the “e cigs” suck i’ve tried them
The ecigs you tried were probably the crappy little chinese things that last all of 20 mins. The bigger “mods” look nothing like ciggies but work for 1 or 2 days on a single battery (rechargeable).
for anyone considering an ecig you should try a screwdriver or maybe an eGo.

Trinity James, your comment is pure ignorance. Nicotine does NOT cause ANY cancer at all. The carbon monoxide, and especially tar produced in the burning and inhaling of tobacco is what causes cancer.. both are items completely absent in these E Cigs.
