I started at EAL in 1972. This was the uniform when I started, and I was “Hot Pants” approved. The BEST Airline!

I would love to attend a reunion but no one would recognize me. Put on weight, almost bald, wear glasses and a hearing aid and don’t have any original teeth. Don’t smoke or drink spirits anymore and although I tend to forget things I do remember the names and faces of almost all the f/a’s I came to know in my twenty plus years in scheduling. I’m sorry if I caused anyone to dislike me but I had to do my thankless job. I once was told by my supervisor that if I couldn’t do my job and get my trips covered He would find someone who could. I didn’t mind the sixteen hour shifts and never taking a lunch break but being disliked for doing my job became over bearing at times. I would like to apoligize for any harm I caused.

Mike, you were awsome! By the way, we are all old, our joints are going to hell and we can’t hear well. But, we can still party hardy. I wish we could have a mid-year reunion, I have promised myself that I will never miss another one.
