Azul Airlines published a book about their recent history in Brazil; there’s a chapter dedicated to ATR’s and they talk about the flight in which their crew brought the first aircraft to Brazil. There’s no snow mountains in the country and maybe this picture was taken in such flight. They brought the aircraft from Toulousse (France) and stopped twice (Lanrazote – Spain – and Ilha do Sal – Cape Verde -).
